Brian Johnston

Brian Johnston is an Irish-born Writer and Director. He graduated with a degree in MA Directing Digital Film & Television from Bournemouth University in 2017, where he wrote and directed three short films. His graduate film 'Ortus: Annabelle' was screened at both Prague and Southampton Independent Film Festivals. During this time, Brian had the opportunity to shadow Director Charles Palmer on the set of Silent Witness (BBC Studios). Now based in London, Brian directed an award winning Documentary 'The Champ of Champs', about the life of World's Oldest Professional Boxer, Steve Ward, and the award winning short film 'A Date with Shillelagh'. Brian is currently writing and developing several short and feature length films.
