Tianshuo Yang

Tianshuo Yang, also known as Thomas Yang, is a young filmmaker based in Beijing, China. He used to study animation in Beijing Film Academy as an undergraduate. After that he turned his interest to live-action films and studied Film & TV in University of Bristol. Now he is active in many indie film groups in Beijing and well-known for his short films 'New Art', 'Lemonade' and 'Invisible Cities(short)'. The short film 'New Art' has won the jury prize of the 16th Animation Academy prize of BFA. The short film 'Invisible Cities' has been screening in the 'AME screening project' supported by China Academy of Art. Now he is preparing for his first feature film, which is also named 'Invisible Cities'.
