Pradnya Dugal

Pradnya Dugal is an executive producer and the founder of Jhumka Films production company. Born in Australia, of Indian heritage, she is a doctor by profession, practicing as a radiologist in Sydney. Pradnya is an executive producer for "Farewell Amor", which is premiering in the US Dramatic Competition at Sundance Film Festival 2020. She is an executive producer on "The Sound of Silence" (2019), which premiered at Sundance 2019 and was released by IFC Films and Sony International. She has produced a Bollywood film "Shoor Amhi Sardar" (2017), in which she features as a dancer and supporting actress. She is a dancer in the award-winning short film "Spice Sisters"(2016). She is a trained dancer in the classical Indian dance forms of Bharathanatyam and Kathak, and was a founding partner of Monsuun Dance Company, which specializes in Bollywood dance. Pradnya is also a dance judge on Season 1 of ZeeTV's Superstars Australia (2018), and has been nicknamed Australia's Amazing Dancing Doctor.
