Young aspiring director and cinematographer Trenton Jackson Files, tackled the art of film at a young age. In the last 3 years, he has contributed to and worked with his family-owned production company Inman Entertainment, under mentor Steve Inman. Through Inman Entertainment, Trenton began filming and editing events for the televised MMA organization "King of the Cage." In July, 2016, production for Detective Jimmy Apple began on site in Houston, Alaska. A year later, a 48 minute film, and short series was uploaded to Amazon Prime Instant Video, where it remains today. Trenton is credited partially for writing and acting, and primarily for cinematography. The campy, science fiction themed cult-comedy has risen in popularity among smaller audiences over its current course on Amazon Video. Shot in full 4k, by a production company of 4 individuals, the film acts as a pilot to future sequels, the first of which arriving fall 2017. Aside from Inman Entertainment, Trenton is affiliated with the low-budget amateur short film, Michigan, written and directed by Carl Argueta. The film is currently in production, and Trenton stands as a current cinematographer and storyboard editor.
