After graduating with a diploma in creative Advertising Amanda became a Writer/Producer for 3 years creating custom digital marketing content for clients in the entertainment industry. In 2010 she moved to New York City where she worked as an Executive Account Assistant at Boneau/Bryan-Brown, a leading Broadway PR agency. She went on to become a Senior Graphic Designer at fashion-forward W Magazine. She returned to Toronto to study English and Film Studies and received a BA in the Arts & Contemporary Studies program at Ryerson University, studying art and architecture in Florence, Italy. She has since worked on films including the Netflix Original "To All the Boys I've Loved Before" and upcoming Lionsgate film "Spiral: From the Book of Saw". Her Directorial debut short film "Call Me Daddy" had it's West Coast premiere at The Official Latino Film Festival in Coachella where it won Best Comedy, and it's East Coast Premiere at The Women's Film Festival in Philadelphia where it won Best Narrative Short. Amanda also works as an illustrator and graphic designer including custom graphics for the animated series "Miraculous Ladybug" on Netflix/Disney Channel and as a social media manager for film distribution companies including The Orchard and Bluefox Entertainment.
