Annie's first memory is a practical joke played on her by her brothers, where a ribbon was believed to be a spider. Since then she has been laughing and inspired by the funny situations in comedy, aka life. For her 11th birthday party, she forced her friends to watch Laurel and Hardy, to much protest (popcorn on the screen). Other favorites include Lucille Ball, Carol Burnett (and her crew), and Robin Williams, to name a few. Daughter of Helen Baker, of Lebanese descent, and James Donahue, of Irish and French descent, Annie was born in Massachusetts and raised in Philadelphia. She started working in theater in the Bay Area. Now based in Los Angeles, she continues to work in improvisational comedy, commercials, and new media, and she hopes to work more in television and film. She is also an award-winning professional photographer (annmariedonahue.com).
