M.J. Di Rocco started directing at 16 years old, having worked in various genres from children's TV to sports media and music videos. After working in television and making three independent films in Canada, M.J. moved to southern Japan and now calls Kitakyushu home. He's published two books, This Imaginary Place - a book of free verse poetry and The Tale of Bunny the Frog, a children's book.
