Assur Hussein Avendaño Pastrana

Engineer in Computer Systems and a Master's Degree in Information Technology. He graduated in 2017 from the Morelos Film School and from there founded his company Light And Dreams Machine, producer of films, TV series, short films and commercials. He has been director of the short films: Amor, Amar y Café, Justicia para los ricos - Venganza para los pobres, Jojutla La Land, Tú también puedes ser un héroe, Bicicleta a la luna, El Diablo está llorando, La Ofrenda, ZombiTlan and the web chapter: La Bruja de los colores infinitos. All of them released in theaters. He directs and co-produces the web series: Obsidiana, a horror, fantasy and science fiction anthology series. It has been an official selection at several international film festivals such as the Oaxaca FilmFest, Smartfilms, Audiovisual Exhibition Xalisco, the Juna Kino International Youth Film Festival and the Italian film festival Geofilm Festivak.
