Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia since the age of four, Christian Krushel found a passion for performing on the screen and stage late in high school. Originally intending to go into carpentry, he decided he needed something that would challenge him more profoundly, and so his leap into the performing arts began. From humble beginnings in high school acting classes all the way to the professional realm, Christian has had the wonderful opportunity to portray a gamut of wonderful characters such as the mischievous Puck and tenacious Petruchio in staged versions of William Shakespeare's "A Midsummer's Night Dream" (2017) and the boxing adaption "The Training Of The Shrew"(2018) respectively, to the sleazy business man Dale in "Dead Dudes" (2017) and abusive boyfriend Lucas in "Don't Look Away" (2018). Christian is always looking for the next role to expand his repertoire and push his boundaries. Christian strives to help people through performing by bringing characters to life that will strike a chord in each and every one of us reminding us to be open and receptive the world and people around us, and not to cut ourselves off from the emotions that drive us.
