Adriano Masciarelli is an American writer, actor, Producer, and businessman. Masciarelli had an affinity for the arts at a young age. Inspired by family members in the industry, he took a keen interest to film in particular. His older cousin was the consultant to Leonardo Dicaprio on the Martin Scorsese Film "The Departed". Seeing how the entertainment business was in the bloodline took off and wrote, produced, and acted in his own independent film called "Irish Whisper" which had actors from the hit TV show The Sopranos and the inspirational biopic "The Fighter". He Inspired to become an exceptional Businessman and visionary film maker. Possessing an innate ability to build strong relationships and networking, he has established strong relationships with talent agencies and Negotiated deals with top social media companies. Masciarelli was the Founder/Creator of Behind the Grind he formed the company with his partner Tai Truesdell in 2015. the program is designed to educate the next generation of creative minds. The program connects aspiring artists with people in the film/music business through the platform. Beginning of 2016 Sylva was one of the judges for a Talent Showcase in Los Angeles, with Demi Lovato, Wilmer Valderrama, Linda Septien, and Dallas Lovato. The proceeds help support The Patrick Lovato Foundation. The organization helps Provide scholarships for individuals needing help with mental illness, Self harm, eating disorders, and addiction.
