Jessy Toscano

Jessy Lee Toscano was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut. His mother works in human resources and resides in Athens, Georgia. His father, originally from Monroe, Connecticut, operated commercial/ cement trucks and managed a cement plant. His ancestry includes Italian and East Asian roots. Toscano was raised in Bridgeport and eventually Peachtree City, Georgia after his parent's divorce, during which time he attended McIntosh High School. In 2008, he enrolled at Georgia State University and simultaneously the ROTC (Reserved Officer's Training Corps) program. Upon graduating from GSU in 2012, he also commissioned as a U.S. Army National Guard Officer and branched Infantry. Although the idea of acting had always been an interest, he did not commit to serious training until 2016 after moving from Newnan, GA to San Francisco, CA. He began training and studying film acting at FABA (Film Acting Bay Area) under the tutelage of Dr. Celik Kayalar. He made his debut onscreen appearance in John Chris Lopez's Indie Feature Film Third Law (2018), in a supporting role as the character Steven.
