Stacey Alyse Cohen

Born December 27 in Upper Dublin a suburb of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania on her parent's wedding anniversary to Janet and Steven Rosen. Her mother of Russian descent was a school teacher for gifted and talented elementary children and then went on to become a computer sales chief for General Electric after getting a bachelors and masters degree in Education from the prestigious Ivy League University of Pennsylvania on an academic scholarship, and an MBA from Temple University. Her mother who was one of four children who lost her father at a young age from cancer came from a long line of artists including a world renown Brazilian painter cousin Clara Pechansky and her sister (Stacey's aunt) Paula Goldstein who is an Emmy Award winning animator and motion graphic artist in Los Angeles at Disney Feature Films (credits include Disney's Frozen, Moana, Big Hero 6, Tangled, Wreck-It Ralph, The Wild and many more).
