Helana Gabriella

Helana Gabriella is an actress from Santa Fe, New Mexico. Having worked alongside Siena Bergt since childhood, her direct connection to the themes and timbre of OPIA guided an intense portrayal of lead character Celia in her debut feature-length film role. The subjects of psychosis & suicide as depicted in OPIA served as a mirroring agent throughout the production: a reflective lens through which to process her own experience of coming-of-age in the midst of personal loss. As her first major screen production, OPIA serves not only as Helena's artistic mission statement but as a conduit through which she offers her own catharsis for public consumption.
