Kathrin Asmus

Originally born in Vienna, Austria Kathrin Asmus is a Cinematographer and Filmmaker based in Los Angeles, California. She is known for specializing in the camera department but has also written, directed and produced her own short films. Prior to filmmaking Kathrin got her Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing in Austria. She has also worked in that field before coming to the US and studying Filmmaking in an intense hands-on experience workshop. Kathrin is fluent in English and German. She also speaks a bit of Spanish. Kathrin has been in love with cameras since an early age and is therefore also a hobby photographer. She's a travel and nature lover who's always seeking new adventures and connections with new interesting people.
