At 17 years old, Chris Trovador received a scholarship from the First Institute of Recording Arts Sound and Technology, making him the youngest graduate at that time. At 18 he became interested in the world of tattooing, which allowed him to gain experience in a full-time, purely creative job. In 2011 his interests shifted to comedy, and he decided to take on the world of Improv theater. He graduated from Sak Comedy Lab in Orlando, Florida, giving him drive and confidence to take all his talents to Los Angeles. As a Hispanic-American he noticed the comedy scene was severely lacking in diversity, which drove him to begin own plays that reflected his personal experiences. In 2014 he was accepted into The Second City's Director's Program and began directing and writing his own theater productions. Each year Chris strives to obtain a new set of goals such as recently acting in 2018's National Hispanic Media Collation's Latino Showcase. His goal is to showcase his culture and bring his diverse voice into the entertainment industry.
