Melissa Bessey

Melissa Bessey is a Toronto based producer, production and costume designer, who has been working behind the scenes in film & TV since she graduated from OCAD U's Material Art & Design program in 2004. Starting out in Toronto's entertainment industry, she got her start styling music videos and corporate content and has gone on to focus on feature film production in recent years. Melissa is a life-long artist and arts advocate and has a passion for creating original art, props, and bringing all visual aspects of sets and productions to life. Melissa is also a dedicated arts educator and was named the 2014 International Woman of Achievement for Arts & Culture, for her contributions to Toronto's arts community.
