Catherine Smart

Catherine Smart is a trained chef, award-winning food writer, and media personality. She is a cast member of the Emmy-winning public television show Christopher Kimball's Milk Street, and a contributor to Milk Street Radio, which airs weekly on NPR. Since graduating Boston University's Masters' in Gastronomy Program in 2010, Catherine has worked as a freelance writer and food stylist, editor, recipe developer, and culinary instructor.
