Jhulan Krishna Mahanta

Jhulan Krishna Mahanta is a graduate of Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Film and Television Institute, Guwahati Assam. Started his career as an editor in the film industry later he started in professional film direction. His maiden editing feature film 'Orong 'Strangers in the Mist' by Suraj Duwara won Rajat Kamal in 62nd National Film in, 2014. Assamese feature film Nodi Mathu Boi, 2015 is his debut feature film that received 10 Awards including Best Direction and Best Editing in his name along with the Best Film.
