Caterina Grosoli

Caterina is a performing artist based in London, where she works as a professional dancer and actress. Originally from Italy, Caterina started dancing at a very young age and went on to graduate from Trinity Laban in 2016, where she had the opportunity to perform in works by Sasha Waltz, Lea Anderson and Ballet Lorent. Completing the Professional Development Course, JV2, Caterina is now an Education Facilitator for Jasmin Vardimon Company, teaching repertoire and choreographing on behalf of the company. Caterina has a deep passion for acting and has trained with Adam Hypki, Geoffrey Colman and Caroline Webster. Her interest and commitment to this art form led her to be cast in some feature films and a play alongside her studies at Identity School of Actingin London. Caterina has also collaborated with visual artists such as Susan Hefuna and joined Tribe// dance company in 2017. Alongside company work, she has collaborated on different productions with AØE, including Chapter 3 of 'The Waldorf Project', directed by Sean Rogg, before joining the cast for Elcid Asaei's cinematic dance fusion film, Unskin. Lately, Caterina has been building up her acting craft, while working for independent Film Makers such as Caroline Hajny in her film 'Birdie', and on big productions, as a stand in and background artist."
