Diana Irena Belbita is a former judo, multiple Kempo champion, kickboxing champion and professional MMA champion. Diana started doing sports at the age of 12 and chose judo because she wanted to do something different than other girls of her age. She started trainings at the Children's Palace in Strehaia with coach Ilie Gadea, who also started her kick box. At the age of 15 she moved from her hometown, Strehaia to Drobeta Turnu Severin, to continue her training at a higher level with Sensei Constantin Mitroi. She was later attracted to a tough branch of sport and decided to enter the cage in the spring of 2004. In April 2012 she won the Gala K1 in Szeged. In the summer of 2013, Diana Belbita imposed herself in Budapest. In the gala titled "Fighters in Cage", Diana was legitimate at Kokyo Dojo Drobeta Turnu Severin where she scored points in the first fight, where he met a Slovakian, and in the final defeated KO in the first half of the host country. On October 1, 2016 Diana fought in Zielona-Gora (Poland) and won in front of the representative of the host country, the Polish Katarzina Lubonska. The success of that fight sent her straight to the KSW belt match. On May 27, 2017, she fought Brazilian Ariane Lipski, an experienced guy who, in the last six games, had shattered her opponents through KO, the match was lost by Diana Belbitza. She had matches in both fighting styles and, after several competitions, was selected in the national team "Unifight", a complex combat system similar to that of the Mixed Martial Arts. Diana Belbita proved her qualities and agility by winning the title of national champion in Unifight and then two European Championships in the same style.
