Rifky Husain

Rifky Husain is a filmmaker based in Ambon, Indonesia. He has been working in journalism field for three years before making films. His works in documentary have been awarded and in some prestigious festivals. In 2013, his documentary titled "Provokator Damai" about the peace movement in Ambon won Eagle Award Documentary Competition on Jury Prize. in 2014, Provokator Damai has been officially screened in Aljazeera International Documentary Film Festival 10th and Asiatica Film Mediale in Rome, Italy, . Now, with the experiences for more than 3 years in documentary filmmaking, Rifky builds his own production agencies focusing in cultural, social and environmental issues.
