Tyler Sawyer

Tyler Sawyer was born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia. After graduating from The Covenant School in 2008, he relocated to Charleston, South Carolina to attend the College of Charleston- graduating with a degree in Computer Science in 2013. After performing in stage productions of "The Pirates of Penzance", "Amadeus", and "Les Misérables" in high school, he realized that he much preferred the technical work involved behind the scenes. He has since worked exclusively with Eternal Ground Films, filling roles as a Production Assistant, Behind the Scenes Photographer, Lighting Technician, Sound Technician, and Camera Operator. He has been referred to as a jack of all trades and a Set MacGyver for his ability to think quickly and resolve technical issues on set with limited resources.
