Jeremy Feight is an Actor/Writer/Director/Producer from Bedford, Pennsylvania with the mission to use the privilege that comes along with being a cis-queer white man to hold a mirror up to those who have yet to see themselves, and offer a warm embrace of validation for those who have experienced whiteness as a weapon. Jeremy's work focuses on the issues of mental health issues in rural america, white neo-colonialism in West Africa, and the fetishism of Blackness by the white gay community. As an actor, Jeremy has worked extensively in new play development on projects such as Tilted by Gloria Majule (Yale) directed by Bianca Laverne Jones (LAMBDA) and Sons and Dogs by Jessica McIlquham (SPACE on Ryder Farm). His upcoming acting projects include 'FEVER', featuring Janet Hubert and Alice Ripley and directed by Angele Cooper (Hillman Grad) and EP'd by Griffin Matthews (Flight Attendant) as well as a workshop production of the play "Race/Fire" by Aurin Squire (This is Us) directed by Lamar Perry (The Old Globe). Jeremy is an alumni of The Atlantic Acting School and trains privately with masters from the world's most esteemed institutions including Yale, Juilliard, The SITI Company, and UCB. As a creator, Jeremy continues to write, direct, and produce works across multiple mediums. His writing projects include "FEVER" (a film about mental health, privilege, and their effects on interracial relationships - also being developed into an anthology series and VR experience), "We Don't Have Gays in Ghana" (a web series about the white savior complex), and an action/comedy feature in development a la "Mr. and Mrs. Smith'' about the incongruent effects of gentrification on native New Yorkers. His Directing work includes the music video, "Black Leather" for up-and-coming R&B artist, Leo* (Best Music Video, Micheaux Film Festival 2021), and an upcoming feature-length documentary in association with the Frankfurt Zoological Society alongside Producer Kim Sauer (National Geographic) about the lives of a group of anti poachers in Zambia. Jeremy has produced projects with the industry-shifting companies AYE DEFY and Play-Perview through which he has worked with the likes of Kate Walsh, Marin Ireland, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Martyna Majok, Diana Oh, and Will Arbery.
