Amanda Layne Miller

Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Amanda Layne Miller is a writer and director of dramedy, fantasy, sci-fi, and an exciting mix of those genres. A firm believer that fantasy is just an extension of reality, she infuses fantasy and Afrofuturism into even her most straightforward projects. Although she's now a Los Angeles transplant, Amanda's voice will always be shaped by being a Black girl misfit from the American South.
