Lina Zinecker moved to New York City in 2015 to study acting at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Manhattan and later on in Los Angeles. After graduating she was featured in a CVS commercial, worked on multiple award winning and nominated films, performed in Off-Broadway shows, and was one of the original members of the sketch comedy group 'The Salty Nuts', who performed at the prestigious PIT Loft Theater and the NYC Sketch Fest, which is New York's premier sketch comedy festival and one of the nation's largest. In 2019 'Harmony', a film she was acting in, won Best Short Short at The Brightside Tavern Film Festival and The Point Lookout Film Festival. 'Mission: Ex-Lover' won Honorable Mention for Best Action Short at The Independent Shorts Awards Los Angeles in 2020. Lina was also nominated for Best Actress Comedy Short at The Brightside Tavern Film Festival for her performance in 'Our Sense of Humor'. She just finished playing Bree in 'A Hitman's Silence Ch.3' by the award-winning director Elroy Martinez Jr.
