Kara Smith

Kara Smith was born and raised in California where she actively participated in her school's drama programs. She was cast in several school productions throughout middle school and high school solidifying her love for the art. Although she wanted to peruse a career in film, the drive to serve her country was stronger, and she enlisted in the United States Air Force deploying to both Iraq and Afghanistan. After her military service she served as a government contractor on the East Coast and eventually made her way to Albuquerque, NM where being a part of the film industry was now a real possibility. Kara has been active in the film industry in New Mexico for more than a year, and is constantly striving to further her acting career and hone her craft by auditioning for independent productions and taking classes.
