Jaclyn Lovey is a young singer/songwriter who's been doing music since she was nine. She started performing publicly when she was 11 on the boardwalk streets of Old Sacramento, CA with her brother. She performs live shows around her home state of California. Her desire to write, sing, and perform her music is as necessary and natural to her as living itself. Her experiences, thoughts, and feelings are constantly being led to one focal point in her life: music and song expression. Her first EP was recorded when she was 14 years old and released in 2016. This EP album is titled "17" and includes 4 songs which are all written by Jaclyn Lovey. All songs were produced by renowned Australian music maker Bill Chambers (father to Kasey Chambers) with help from Jeff McCormack and Paul Novesel. Bill also provided banjo and harmony vocals on "Kwajalein." All songs were recorded in Australia in the fall of 2015. She started to upload videos on YouTube consistently in 2016 and now uploads a new video every Tues and Thurs. Her Tues videos can include vlogs, humorous content, behind the scenes, Q&A, and various content. While, her Thurs videos are cover or original songs. In 2018, Jaclyn was on Season 14 of NBC's The Voice. Her Blind Audition of "Can't Help Falling in Love," has had over 7million views on YouTube and reached #63 on the Pop Chart of iTunes. Her Battle Round, with Britton Buchanan, trended #25 on YouTube and #28 on the iTunes's Pop Chart with "Thinking Out Loud." With no saves or steals left, on the Knockout Round singing, "Put Your Records On," she was eliminated, yet her Knockout on YouTube was one of the top 5 viewed of all the Knockout Rounds for the season.
