Paolo Rossi Pisu

Paolo Rossi was born in 1966 in Rimini and graduated first in Law in Bologna and then got a Mktg & Sales degree at Bocconi University in Milan. He has always been fond of theatre and actor and after years of normal job within his family manufacturing business, he feels the urge to express his love for art and, already as an adult he gets an acting degree at the Teatro Colli Acting School in Bologna. After he suddenly discovers to be the legitimate son of Raffaele Pisu (one of the most famous TV and cinema Italian actors in 1960s) he changes his name in Paolo Rossi Pisu and together his love-life partner and his just found new brother Antonio Pisu he creates in 2016 GENOMA FILMS, both a production company and a theatrical distribution. Nobili Bugie is the first successful project and the film is rewarded with a lot of prizes. Genoma FILM has been focusing not only on producing and distributing but also supporting new project and sponsoring film restoration, such as Italiani Brava Gente and Pasqualino Sette Bellezze by Lina Wertmuller who, after the restored version was shown in Cannes, has been awarded with the Honorary Oscar
