Lauren Tannenbaum

Born and raised in San Francisco, Lauren began singing in musical theater productions from the time she was in Kindergarten, all the way through high school. Though she started writing her own music as a teen to cope with the angst, and some might say brutality, of middle school, it wasn't until she moved to New York after college, that she realized singing/songwriting was truly the path for her. Now based in Los Angeles, her musical style evokes the vulnerability of Joni Mitchell's early tracks with the optimism of 90s divas of Lilith Fair. She writes music that is meant to heal, change paradigms, and remind her audience that we are all in it together.
