Anthony Tran

Growing up in Canada's largest thriving city Toronto, Ontario. Anthony Tran first began his journey into the film industry volunteering at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival which solidified his love and passion for cinema. Coming from the culinary industry with little to no film background he started gaining experience on sets as a production assistant and background extra in various student and indie projects. It was 2018 when he started establishing his relationship with Toronto's Film Industry learning through professionals, film students, and indie filmmakers alike. His first grand project was "Dear Beirut" an indie theater production which he helped produce. He created his first short "Sience Fiction" which premiered at the September KINO TO Showcase event. In 2019 he founded his personal company Banana Bridge Studios, producing their first music video "A Wind of Change" which won the March KINO TO Short Film Challenge. With every passing project continuing to learn and grow he hopes to one day live his dreams as a filmmaker being able to tell stories of his own.
