Angel R. Reed is an award winning actress, writer, and filmmaker. Her love for acting began in 5th grade when she joined her 1st drama club. From there she never looked back moving from stage-plays into film, writing, and filmmaking! Since then Angel has been booked in major films, independent films, commercials, music videos, and stage-plays. Angel continues to enhance her skills via experience and insight from the connections she has made with others within the industry. Some of Angel's recent work as been acting in the films "When The Body Breaks", "Alone in The Woods", and "Embrace The Twilight", which was originally a book written by The New York Times Best Selling author Maggie Shayne. The history-making short film "I Am My Sister's Keeper" won grand prize in the High Arts Festival, in which Angel was the filmmaker, director, writer, and a supporting actress! That was the 1st year a female ever won that and the 1st year a Black person ever won the grand prize title in the film category!
