Jordana Talsky

Jordana Talsky is an actress based in Toronto, Canada. She is also a singer, songwriter and formerly practising lawyer. She was a member of the Canadian Children's Opera Company as a child, and with them performed with the Canadian Opera Company, Toronto Symphony and National Ballet of Canada in various productions and concerts. She attended a performing art program in high school (Claude Watson Arts Program at Earl Haig Secondary) where she majored in music, and later studied English Literature at McGill University while performing in Gilbert & Sullivan musicals, an acapella group and other projects. She studied law at the University of Western Ontario and maintained a legal practice as an estate lawyer before transitioning into a full-time performance career. She has released two albums to critical praise, placing in songwriting competitions including the John Lennon Songwriting Contest (2014, finalist), and CBC Searchlight Contest (2018, top 10 finalist). She recently toured her latest album, Neither of Either, throughout Canada and has performed throughout the U.S. and an upcoming European tour.
