Ketan Majmudar is a British-Asian actor/writer/director. Ketan's parents originated from Gujarat, India. His father was a photographer and his mother acted in her early 20s before moving to the UK. Ketan was born in London and grew-up In Finchley, North London. For a number of years, he was an app developer but now works in Film. Previously he studied at Queen Elizabeth's Boys' School and then Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University. In his teens, he joined the Barnet Drama Centre and took part in a range of drama productions, experimenting with camera work, filmmaking and editing through making VHS films and comedy sketches with friends. He has a keen interest in sound engineering and stereo photography in still format and film. He plays the guitar and was bass player for Freakshow. He regularly assists the SCI-FI-London film festival by delivering an app framework for film-goers and helping with film selections. Ket is also a vegan cheesemaker sometimes selling at markets. He is currently working on writing and directing screenplays and acting.
