Abhilash Mathew

Abhilash Kochupurackal was born to Indian Parents in Thamarassery, Kerala, India . He moved to British Columbia , became a Registered Nurse and then moved to Edmonton, where he met friends with similar passion in Filming and Photography. His father K.T Mathai and mother Mercy Kutty Jacob lives in Kerala, India. He had his first point and shoot camera in 2012 and took pictures , later realized that his passion was in Videography . His wife gifted the DSLR cam on his birthday which he used to take his first short film in Malayalam Cross Across. Later after a year he did his second malayalam short film Rubik's cube. He has also directed Hindi music video "Rishton Ne " and Malayalam devotional music video "Thiruraktham".
