Quantieshia Brown

Tieshia B is a young up and coming screenplay writer, film director, and editor in Broward County Florida. She started her film production journey in 2007 when she attended William H. Turner technical Arts High School. Here is where she learned the fundamentals of the film industry and how to grow from there. Within a year of studying at the school, she learned how to operate the camera and was editing proficiently on Final Cut Pro. When the new school year begin in 2008, she begin to take advantage of the resources she had available and learned how to work outside of a classroom. In 2009, as the new school year begin, she was given the opportunity to work in the school auditorium to operate the lights and audio for the school shows. She assisted with set up and break down and learned all the behind scenes responsibilities that it takes to run a show. She was one of the designated students to work behind scenes in the auditorium until she graduated. During her senior year of high school, she was voted in as President of a film club called Skillz USA. During her time as president, she hosted film festivals at the school, and led the school to regional competition for the Skillz USA Competition. In 2018, Tieshia B has written her 1st television show titled "Loved Squared" and written a short film series titled Escape. She has directed and edited two of the short films that she had written and entered them into numerous film festivals. Her film Escape: Heart Conditions has won the title of Best Suspense/Thriller in the Alternative Film Festival, Best Short Film in the Los Angeles Motion Picture Festival (Platinum Red Award) and received Honorable Mention for best Indie Short film in the Kosice International Monthly Film Festival. She has also written a featured film screenplay titled escape: The Unknown which is the winner of Los Angeles Motion Picture Festival, Kosice International Monthly Film Festival, and a semi Finalist for the Flickers' Rhode Island International Film Festival for the year 2020. Both projects have also been selected to be featured in other festivals. As of February 2020, she own and run her own company known as DRIP Productions where she help my clients creative vision come to life through film.
