Alessandro Marinella

Alessandro Marinella was born in Naples 25/04/1995. He graduated in Business Administration at the University of Naples "Federico II", with a thesis in English that dealt with the fundamental aspects of the internationalization of SMEs, with a particular focus on the case of study E. Marinella. He has always been close to the activities of the family business, knowing, in particular, the atmosphere one feels in Naples. In January 2017, after finishing his studies, he officially joined the company and chose to undertake his training and continue on the path of learning at the London store, where he spent around six months. Having returned to Italy, he is currently working in the offices of the parent company, where he is responsible for understanding and improving all the organizational and operational aspects of the company, with particular attention to overseas and digital projects. Despite his youth and the weight of representing the fourth generation of the family, he supports his father Maurizio Marinella with enthusiasm and determination, continuing and sharing the family philosophy, which stems from the teachings of his grandfather and his great-grandfather. Key to this philosophy is attention to the quality of raw materials and to customer service, as well as total dedication and respect for work, and to the values of tradition. Not only is his focus on high fashion, but also food. In 2019 Alessandro Marinella became Partner & Managing Director of Marchio Verificato, a brand whose mission is to promote the excellence of the agri-food sector, in particular tomatoes from the Campania region. This project continues today, working alongside the farmers that the brand has closely supported. In fact, Marchio Verificato follows the entire production chain of its products, selecting only those that meet very high quality standards.
