Timothy Glover was born in Brisbane, Australia to an Australian father and American mother, where he grew up between both Australia and Rhode Island, USA. He is of mixed European ancestry, including Ashkenazi Jewish heritage through his maternal Grandfather. He attended the University of New England, New South Wales where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2007. In 2014 he would be approached by Universal Pictures and director Colin Trevorrow to bridge the 22-year gap between Jurassic Park (1993) and Jurassic World with a series of canonical events, together with writing partner Jack Anthony Ewins. Glover and Ewins would later go on to create Timack Creations and build an experimental science-fiction and fantasy film studio called Chaos Theorem.
