Vladimir Markin

Born in 1956 in Chelyabinsk. In 1986 he moved to Moscow. In 1997-2000, he worked in public and state structures: he acted as director of public relations for the international fund Reforma, was the first deputy minister of the press and information of the Moscow region. In 2004-2007 - Director of Public Relations of the Intellectual Technologies Fund. From September 13, 2007 to June 20, 2011 - Head of the Office of Media Relations of the Investigative Committee at the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation. From June 20, 2011 to October 6, 2016 - Head of the Office of Media Relations of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. From October 12, 2016 - First Deputy General Director of PJSC RusHydro. He oversees issues of interaction with the media, authorities and management of the administrative complex. November 22, 2016 headed the RFU Committee on Safety and Work with Fans. From February 15, 2017 - Member of the Board of PJSC "RusHydro".
