Savva Savas

Greek chef and entrepreneur Savva Savas has a love of entertaining and hospitality so decided to launch the catering company Plated in 1996. Savva studied Culinary Arts at Kes College before continuing his studies in Culinary Arts at the Higher Hotel Institute of Cyprus (HHIC). He also studied at the University of Derby in England, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science, Professional Culinary Arts. Savva also obtained a Master of Arts in Education from the University of the West of England and is a member of WACS and Euro - Toques Cyprus. In 2010 Savva won the gold award for the "Junior Golden Chef of the Year (International)" and lists his role models as Heston Blumenthal, Eric Frechon and Gordon Ramsay.
