Sayood

Sayood is a Kuwaiti artist, director, actor and musician, who started his career in media through Youtube skits and humorous videos. Following that, he became very active in the stand-up comedy scene within Kuwait and the middle east. He then got the chance to produce and star his own comedy show during prime time Ramadan broadcasting in a show titled Stand Up Sayood. He followed that with the Youtube series Al Maht, which started in January 2016; a widely popular set of short comedy videos taking on social issues within Kuwait. This gained him even more regional attention, and he even made his first feature movie under the same title in 2020, only to be released in 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Al Maht is the first full length Kuwaiti cartoon movie, and is being featured in cinemas across the GCC.
