Kaye Singleton

Kaye Singleton, known affectionately as a "Florida Peach", was born and raised in Central Florida and is a graduate of Georgia State University with a B.B.A. in Marketing. After working in corporate America for several years as a Marketing Manager for Luxury Brands, in 2013 she moved to Los Angeles to follow her passion, and enrolled in the Two-Year Conservatory Program at the Stella Adler Academy of Acting as a Scholarship Recipient of the esteemed school. In 2017, she moved back to Atlanta and completely transitioned into the Film and TV world as a full-time writer and actress. As an actress Kaye has booked a variety of roles on highly-rated productions such as Dumplin (Netflix) with Jennifer Aniston, Claws (TNT), American Soul, Tales, The Quad, Being Mary Jane (BET), Don't Waste Your Pretty (Coming 2021), Dear Santa I need a Date (TVOne), His, Hers, & the Truth - (BETher/UMC), and more. As a writer, to date she has won 3 screenwriting awards including Best Comedy Script (Archive Entertainment Screenplay Competition - Trap Queen), Best Comedy Teleplay (Content Creators of Atlanta Awards - The Check List), and Best Web Series (Content Creators of Atlanta Awards - Trap Queen). Kaye's first foray as a writer/producer resulted in her short film, The Check List, which was an official selection and nominated in seven categories for 2019's Black Women Film Network Short Film Festival, and the 2019 Bronze Lens Film Festival. Next up is the recently completed pilot for "Gas Light", a 1/2hr anthology series, and a new recently green lit 1hr Drama Series that is slated to go into production in Spring '21.
