Douglas Guarino

Douglas Guarino began his filmmaking career at a young age and has honed his craft throughout the years. With an excellent visual artistic sense, all of his projects offer something unique. This, combined with directing many projects over the years, makes him a sought after asset to any project. Douglas has directed many projects, from music videos, television shows, a feature length documentary, feature film and many short films. Douglas has worked with artists like Aerosmith, Christina Aguilera, Godsmack and Josh Logan. His first feature length documentary, Morality: A Historical Perspective, was picked up by Insight Media and has global distribution. Douglas was able to exercise his story telling skills by directing music videos for Another Sight, BYSD and NEM, and this led him to direct a number of short films including Creak, Family and Wake Up. What's more is that Douglas has been the Director of Photography on many projects as well, including Regret and Condo Hell, and has a very good understanding of not only what it takes to direct actors, but can visually create a scene to create emotion to deliver a truly unique cinematic experience. Douglas has recently completed his first feature film The Writer's Ghost, released in spring 2015.
