Toni Y. Long

Toni Y. Long is the Managing Partner and the founder of The Long Law Group, PC, a boutique law firm in Pasadena, CA. Toni's practice exists at the intersection of entertainment and business transactions. She advises writers, directors, producers and production companies, offering legal representation at all stages of production. Her entertainment practice focuses on production, talent representation, motion picture, television and new media development, distribution and licensing, formation of business entities, and other entertainment issues. Toni has advised a broad range of clients (sole proprietors, Fortune 500 companies, start ups/emerging businesses, nonprofit institutions) representing various industries, including film, television, music, gaming, and new media. Prior to starting her own firm, Toni was a corporate and litigation associate, acting as counsel to public and private companies and giving advice on complex business matters. Additionally, Toni served as the Director of Business and Legal Affairs at an international film distribution company, where she drafted, reviewed and negotiated various contracts for domestic and international theatrical, television and home video acquisition and distribution.
