Alexandre Hanszmann biography For many years, Alexandre Hanszmann has been an active and successful professional in the areas of entertainment (television, film, and publicity) and marketing. Having worked with Brazilian biggest broadcast and media companies, the public and private sectors, he has led several projects with international partners in Latin America, the united states, and Europe. Hanszmann is the founder and CEO of Delta Company, a production company specialized in film, TV and publicity, leading teams of over 600 professionals. He has directed, produced, and exec produced films, series, miniseries, soaps, talk shows, documentaries, newscast, and distance learning programs for Rede Globo, Sbt, Bandeirantes, Rede Tv, Sony Television, Multishow, and Canal Futura. He has also provided training for Brazilian production companies to format and sell entertainment products for national and international markets. Hanszmann implemented Rede Globo's "TV Series" (series development sector) in São Paulo, encompassing not only specialized TV skills training but also improving the internal network relationship. He has also created a pool of production companies for Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Belo Horizonte to deliver distance learning programs, which resulted in 250 TV Shows for the public sector. In publicity, Hanszmann directed and produced commercials and documentaries for clients of the banking sector (Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Banco Central do Brasil, Bndes, White Martins), the public sector (Rede Ferroviária Federal/Federal Railway Network, Centrais Elétricas de Furnas/Furnas Electricity, and the Brazilian Mining Company Vale do Rio Doce - Cvdr), as well as for renowned publicity agencies (Standard, Ogilvy & Matter, Lowe & Loducca, Carillo & Pastore, Thompson/Propeg). He created digital Vídeo Center, the first South American production company to operate with digital equipment, where he later acted as production director. He also led the implementation of its project for Central Globo de Produção (Rede Globo's production sector), the creation of a customized software and the purchase of American technology to optimize all production processes. As a marketing professional, Hanszmann worked for the private and public sectors, developing and implementing strategic plans and commercial strategies. He developed and operated the e-learning program for the federal senate television. At Silvio Santos group, at SBT broadcast company, he developed a rewarding R$ 40 million (US$12 million) client management project. Hanszmann was responsible for the marketing plan and management, as well as the fund-raising and sponsorship strategies of Tomie Ohtake Institute. And was also responsible for the fund-raising for national and international exhibitions at Brasil Connects, delivering outstanding arts exhibitions such as Brazil Body and Soul, at Guggenheim, in New York; Flora Amazonica, at Kew Gardens and unknown Amazon, at British Museum, in London; Parade, at Centro Georges Pompidou (France), and others in Chile, and Argentina. As head of marketing and communications at Sudameris Bank, Hanszmann led the creation of the marketing intelligence department (database marketing, data mining, and CRM) and internet (Sudameris website, e-business, and web marketing campaigns). Those actions resulted in a 400% increase (from 300.000 to 1.200.000) in the number of clients over 18 months, alongside the sales of important bank products. He was also responsible for the management of Sudameris Cultural Center. Hanszmann's last work in Brazil was a TV program director for the Hebe Camargo show. Hebe Camargo was considered the "queen of Brazilian television". Her talk show was aired for 40 years and reached an audience record-breaker at her peak. She was a beloved figure in Brazil, with millions of fans. Alexandre Hanszmann is currently developing a TV series in the USA, "Seeing in the Darkness", to be co-produced with an American production company. He also works with the Brazilian streaming television CBTV, based in Orlando, aimed at Brazilian and Latin American audiences, which has over 250.000 app downloads. Graduated in social communications and publicity at Santa Edwiges College, in Rio de Janeiro, Hanszmann later developed social work at the University of Chicago, US, aiming at the creation of new mass communications processes to combat overpopulation and poverty. He also developed behavior studies of impoverished Mexican communities to support social actions delivered on television.
