Elise was born in the Philippines and grew up in Davao City. She moved to Australia when she was 11 years old on the South Coast of Sussex Inlet. She left for Sydney when in her late teens to pursue her acting career. She studied at Screenwise for 2 years and worked with various tutors to explore and fine tune her craft.
