Carole is a french director and screenwriter. She has been awarded "Prix Special du Jury" at the Grand Prix du Scénario Sopadin 2016 for her film "Stealing Mona Lisa" co-written with Stephane Vauthier. It is the most prestigious french award for screenwriters in France. Her last feature film, "Mes Trésors", is a co-production with TF1 International, Canal Plus, SND, with a budget of 15 million Euros, starring Jean Reno. It was shot in 2016 in Courchevel. After a Master's degree in political sciences in 1995, Carole became a journalist and before joining Ciby 2000 in 1995 (a production & distribution company best known for producing A list directors, Jane Campion, David Lynch and Pedro Almodovar.) Carole attaches a particular importance to "Anna en Corse", an autobiographical film that she wrote, directed and produced. The film is a huge success and wins the Europa prize in 2001 for best TV film, with 9 million viewers on France 2. In 2010, Carole directs a TV film for France 2, La Double Inconstance, a contemporary adaptation of a Marivaux play with Elsa Zylberstein and Jean Hugues Anglade.
