Simone Kliass

Voiceover specialist, XR researcher, and public speaker Simone Kliass is the creator and curator of Pixel Voice, Brazil's leading voiceover conference. Held each year in São Paulo during the Pixel Show International Creativity Conference, Pixel Voice caters to professionals who work in commercial broadcast, dubbing, animation, gaming, and emerging tech. As a founding member of the Brazilian X-reality hub XRBR, Simone has developed new approaches to storytelling in immersive formats and she's given talks on this subject as well as on voice branding at South by Southwest (SXSW) and VO Atlanta in the USA; The VoiceOver Network in Europe; and Rio2C, Path, HackTown, and Pixel Show in Brazil. Simone hosts Brazil's leading virtual reality event (Hyper VR Festival), works as a consultant for Edge Studio in New York City, and offers workshops on the global voiceover market. Employed by Globo TV as the voice of the GNT channel, Simone is also the vocal identity of the São Paulo International Airport, LATAM Airlines, SKY Pay TV, and hundreds of brands that broadcast on TV and radio across Brazil.
