Scarlett Urbano

Scarlett Urbano was born in San Diego, CA, USA to Mexican parents. She's best known for Jasper (2016) and Penelope (2011), and has taken part in several other short films, web series and TV shows. She studied filmmaking at Idyllwild Arts Academy and at the Met Film School in London.
