Ini Dima-Okojie is a Nigerian Actress born June 24th, 1990, in Lagos, Nigeria. She is the last child of four siblings (One brother and two sisters). Her parents Dr. and Mrs. Okojie, are professionals, her dad being a doctor while her mom a banker. She hails from Edo ethnicity. Her career path was designed by fate drawing inspiration from her elder sister, a child star in a popular children's series, "Children of the World". In 2014 after spending nearly two years as an investment banker, Ini chose to follow her passion for acting. Receiving support from family and friends, she attended and graduated from New York Film Academy in 2014. Ini Dima-Okojie got her acting debut in a silent short film at New York film school, "Bad hair day." And has since has gone on to be a damsel on television. Her first job in the Nigerian Film industry came as a production assistant in 2014. Later that year, she starred in Nigerian's first telenovelas TV show, " Taste of Love". Her breakthrough came in 2016 and 2017 when he acted in two high-profile productions, "North East" and "Battleground," and was rewarded for awards in the latter year. She also starred in the highly-rated "The Royal Hibiscus Hotel" screened at the contemporary world cinema section at the 2017 Toronto Internation film festival. That year she earned at Eloy Awards (battleground) and The Future Awards Africa (price for acting), Best Actress in a Supporting Role at the Nigeria Entertainment Awards, and Most promising Actress at the City People Movie Awards. After a couple of star performances, she launched herself to the top of the ladder with one of her most significant role yet in the NetFlix original "Namaste Wahala," aired in 2021.
