Vida pregressa: Anna Just (Anna Sergiienko) was born to Elena and Valerii Sergiienko on March 14th, 1987 in Olexandriya, Ukraine. Anna obtained her secondary education from Olexandria Collegium and took folk dance and classical ballet classes in a local Folk Dance Studio "Kochanochka". Anna attended Malii Academy of Arts in Kirovograd before securing a degree in Teaching English and Literature from National Pedagogical University Named After M.P.Dragomanov in Kiev, Ukraine. Carreira: Trained in the Meisner technique, Anna has played roles ranging from Shakespere's Katarina in "Taming of the Shrew" to Chekhov's Sonya in "Uncle Vanya". Anna has worked as an on air reporter for two major Japanese TV broadcasting companies NHK BS1 and Fujisankei TV, as well as in dozens of short films, commercials for print, web and TV. Japan 2006-2011 Anna started her training as an actor at Tokyo Film School in Japan. New Zealand 2011-2013 After moving to New Zealand, she took classes with Barbara Woods at Wellington Actors Studio and New Zealand Film School. Anna has studied the Meisner Technique during the full-time Conservatory Program at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre with Ron Stetson and Richard Pinter, and in Esper Studio with Suzan Esper. She also studied deep American Accent with Patricia Fletcher and Coleen Walnay. She works on perfecting her craft with an acting coach Clyde Baldo and script analysis class with Michael Luggio in New York City. USA, NY, New York 2013-2017 Anna Just is known for the role of femme fatale Angelica Winterbaum in a short film "Murderer's Sweet Scent" by Samuel Long and Ronit Pinto. Anna also portrayed a mysterious woman in a web series "Jimmy Swan" by Bryan Hamilton and Matti Leinikka. She is often cast as a foreign figure, femme fatale, Russian agent, fighter, alien and a beautiful model type. Anna Just speaks four languages fluently: English, Japanese and her native Russian and Ukrainian. She has an extensive experience working worldwide as a model for runway, TV and web commercials, hair and wedding shows, editorial and beauty photoshoots and print. Her training in movement and dance includes physical theatre, classical ballet, folk, jazz, tango and modern dance. She is stage combat certified and enjoys choreographing fight scenes for film. Anna has traveled the world, studied religion and culture and taught English as a second language to children of all ages.
